OPEN HOUSE - THURSDAY, MAY 16TH, 1:30 TO 6:00PM

We are holding an open house, Thursday, May 16th, from 1:30 to 6:00pm, at the farm.
This will be an opportunity for you to check out the farm, see how we grow your fruits and vegetables and tour the farm.
This year we are enjoying catering by Lemon & Citron, using produce from the farm.

2013 CSA Forms and Registration, now available.

Our 2013 CSA form is now available, online, with printed copies coming soon. Returning CSA'ers, who register before the 2012 year-end, may renew at 2012 rates. There are a few changes to the 2013 year, notably, the season has been extended to 21 weeks, starting a week earlier in May. There is a small increase in 2013 rates, just under 2%, to bring the 2013 fee to $585.00. Our pick up day is moving to Thursdays, same time - 1:30pm to 6:00 pm. The new planting list will be posted in January; there will be some exciting changes.

All 2013 CSA shareholders our first day for pick up, is coming soon

Drumlin Farm CSA is a market-style pick up, so you will have to weigh and package (provided), your vegetables. Our packaging is as environmentally responsible as possible - you will have the use of a wooden crate and various sizes of paper bags. We do not provide plastic bags.

FARMERS TAKE ON MONSANTO
Ottawa, March 30, 2011 Canadian Organic Growers (COG), Canada’s largest organic farming organization has joined 59 other farming associations, seed companies and farmers in a legal action against Monsanto to challenge the chemical giant’s patents on transgenic (genetically modified) seed.
